With couple of music albums to his credit, Emmanuel Quartey, known as Sir Boi, Artistic Director and versatile musician founded JayNii Int’l Band - a spectacular and entertaining World/Afro-fusion live music and dance band based in Accra, Ghana since 1997.
The group brings rhythmic sounds, chant, songs and the spirit of Ghana to events worldwide in an unforgettable performance like never before that leaves audience with imaginations.
Sir Boi’s music accompanied by routine creative dances fill audiences with joy, energy and gets the whole atmosphere electrified in a fun and celebrating mood.
Our rhythms are accessible dance grooves ideal for all to dance with and audience participation in our singing and dance has always been fun.

Being turned down many times and having been tired of writing proposals for funding to provide the welfare of vulnerable young ones in deprived communities of Accra, Ghana, Social Entrepreneurs and Environmental warriors Naa Borkor Quartey (Jay) and Emmanuel Quartey (Nii) decided to use what they have to get what they don't have in order to help needy ones in the street. Thus curbing streetism, illiteracy and poverty. As such, the formation of JayNii Band that performs and use the proceeds for this great cause of providing Education and Skill
Beneficiaries of this Streetwise Project www.jaynii.com are now part of the band, some in university, others performing worldwide and the rest still at the Jaynii Streetwise Organisation centre being developed.
